If you or someone you know has been arrested for a Class A Misdemeanor or Class B Misdemeanor in any town or city that is within Collin County, Texas, the Class A or Class B Misdemeanor charge will be adjudicated at the Collin County Misdemeanors Courthouse located at 1800 N. Graves Street in McKinney, Texas at Southeast corner of University (highway 380) and Graves Street.
If your loved one is currently in Collin County jail following a Class B or Class A Misdemeanor arrest, they will be brought over to the Collin County Misdemeanor Courthouse on their Court date. You can check on the status of their case here.
